[:it]Questa linea di produzione è costituita da 13 stazioni realizzata in profilati di alluminio, che seguono tutte le fasi di assemblaggio e controllo del meccanismo di riavvolgitura per cinture di sicurezza automobilistiche.

Tutte le stazioni sono state progettate con CAD 3D ed è stato realizzato lo schema pneumatico.

Supporti pezzo e attrezzature sono stati realizzati utilizzando geometrie e modelli CAD forniti dal cliente.[:en]This production line consists of 13 stations made of aluminum profiles, which follow all the phases of assembly and control of the rewinding mechanism for automotive seat belts.

All stations are designed with 3D CAD and the pneumatic diagram has been made.

Workpiece holders and equipment were made using geometries and CAD models supplied by the customer.[:de]Diese Produktionslinie besteht aus 13 Stationen, die aus Aluminiumprofilen gebaut wurden. Sie umfassen alle Phasen des Zusammenbaus und der Kontrolle des Rücklaufmechanismus für Automobil Sicherheitsgurte.

Alle Stationen wurden mittels CAD 3 D projektiert. Auf diese Weise wurde auch der Pneumatikplan erstellt.
Die Halterungen für die Teile und die Ausrüstungsgegenstände wurden unter Verwendung von Teilegeometrien und CAD Modellen, – welche vom Kunden zur Verfügung gestellt wurden,- gebaut.
